Moto 2 – Xavier Simeon sai na pole position na Alemanha

O belga Xavier Simeon obteve a primeira pole position da sua carreira na Moto 2 em Sachsenring. O piloto da Desguaces La Torre Maptaq relegou Jordi Torres (Aspar Team Moto2) para segundo com um tempo de 1min24s665.
Pol Espargaró (Tuenti HP 40) foi terceiro apenas 0s039s atrás e cinco posições à frente do líder do campeonato Scott Redding (Marc VDS Racing Team). A segunda fila é composta por Tom Lüthi (Interwetten Paddock Moto2 Racing), Simone Corsi (NGM Mobile Racing) e Julian Simon (Italtrans Racing Team), enquanto o companheiro de equipe de Simon, Takaaki Nakagami, lidera a terceira fila, à frente de Redding.
A lista dos dez primeiros contou ainda com Alex de Angelis, que no próximo fim de semana vai alinha na corrida de Moto GP de Laguna Seca, e Tito Rabat (Tuenti HP 40), que teve dificuldades após queda na última sessão de treinos livres.
